Yet more and more evidence is mounting that marijuana is dangerous, especially for the young. Today is the National Day of Prayer which is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation. In keeping with that, our first hour guests who have had many years of experience in prayer and intercession will tell us more about how to pray and for what we can be praying. Ann Quest is an intercessor and has helped support our nation in prayer through several organizations. Tracy Eckert is Co-founder and Director of Storehouse, an evangelical missions organization committed to establishing worship and prayer in Dallas. Later in the show, Sue Bohlin tells us more about Mind Games, a conference for students addressing issues of worldview and apologetics, with lots of discussion that helps young minds gain confidence in their faith.
