In the second hour he chats with writer and director, David Altrogge about his groundbreaking documentary called 3801lancaster: An American Tragedy. This documentary is about the landmark Kermit Gosnell case,  in which a Philadelphia doctor was convicted of killing children while the state neglected to do anything about it.
